i’m so full… My trademark dish (and the only one I can cook well) is a very very simple noodle soup - I call it the Joodle, Julie’s Noodle. It has evolved hugely over the last five years, and has claimed many happy and grumpy customers in its time. One of my best friends tried to imitate the same recipe at home (and ended up burning her pan) - you know what people say: imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. =]

fiercely yellow British summers are wonderful when they are wonderful. I’ve recently rediscovered cycling, after a 11 year hiatus - and frickin’ LOVE it to scary amounts. This photo was taken last Sunday when I dragged Michael and both his parents around three local parks. Blazing sunshine, pretty sundress, warm summer breeze tickling through my hair… life could not be more perfect! Also realised this year that I’m such a bloody girl - ridiculously attracted to flowers. Especially bright, unashamedly-large flowers.

Revision and stress has made me so sleep-deprived these past few days that my intended ‘5-minutes head-rest’ morphed into an hour-long nap. There were people in that common room, I sprawled over 5 seats; it was rather embarrassing… May finish/colour this in when I have time again.

Sorry all, for the lack of artage lately. As you can tell (and probably empathise), revision has driven me physically insane.

And as always this time of the year, the weather has been spectacular. Frickin’ exam season; UK education system, you mock us.
